Chanell Gladney is the Founder and CEO of FlourishHER Enterprises, LLC, a faith driven entrepreneur, author, speaker, strategist, healthcare administration professional, and single mother whose work sits at the intersection of confidence, identity, entrepreneurship, leadership, faith, and transformation.
With more than 14 years of experience across clinical and administrative healthcare environments, Chanell brings professional experience in people centered leadership, operations, communication, organizational responsibility, problem solving, and healthcare administration into the work she now leads through FlourishHER™.
Her educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Psychology, and she continues developing her knowledge across psychology, business, healthcare administration, leadership, and personal development.
Her professional experience is strengthened by lived experience. Chanell knows what it means to rebuild after domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, trauma, major life transitions, career disruption, disappointment, and seasons where survival became necessary.
Her story is not simply about what she survived. It is about what she chose to build afterward.

Her entrepreneurial vision also includes RejuvenateHER™ Luxe Experiences, her luxury travel and experience brand centered around curated travel, restorative getaways, groups, retreats, masterminds, business experiences, and elevated travel. For Chanell, business ownership and generational wealth are personal: she is intentionally building something her daughters can see, learn from, and one day build upon.
