I Didn’t Build FlourishHER™ From a Perfect Story. I Built It From a Life I Had to Rebuild.
I’m Chanell Gladney, Founder and CEO of FlourishHER Enterprises, LLC.
I’m a faith driven entrepreneur, author, speaker, strategist, healthcare administration professional, and single mother who knows what it means to keep showing up while rebuilding your life behind the scenes.
Before FlourishHER™ became a company, rebuilding became personal.
I have walked through seasons that challenged my identity, confidence, faith, leadership, relationships, career, and vision for my future. I know what it feels like to survive experiences that change the way you see yourself and then have to ask the harder question afterward:
Who am I now, and what am I going to build from here?
That question became part of the foundation of FlourishHER™.
Survival Was Part of My Story. It Was Never Meant to Become My Identity.
My journey has included domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, trauma, major life transitions, career disruption, motherhood, entrepreneurship, leadership, disappointment, rebuilding, and learning how to trust God when I could not see how everything was going to come together.
There were seasons when being strong was not inspirational. It was necessary.
I learned how to carry responsibility, take care of others, keep moving under pressure, and function even when life felt anything but stable.
But eventually I realized something.
“Surviving something and being free from the patterns it created are not always the same thing.”
You can leave the relationship and still second guess yourself.
You can accomplish great things and still question your worth.
You can become successful professionally while privately struggling to trust your decisions.
You can be the woman everyone calls strong while quietly trying to remember what confidence used to feel like.
I had to do my own rebuilding.
- My identity.
- My confidence.
- My voice.
- My boundaries.
- My faith.
- My career.
- My vision.
- My businesses.
- My understanding of what I wanted my life and legacy to become.
FlourishHER™ grew from that rebuilding process.
Not because I believe women should remain defined by what happened to them, but because I believe there is an entire life available on the other side of survival.
Lived Experience Informs My Work. Professional Experience Strengthens It.
My work is not built on lived experience alone.
I bring more than 14 years of professional experience across clinical and administrative healthcare environments, where I have worked around people, systems, operations, leadership, service, communication, problem solving, and organizational responsibility.
My educational background includes psychology, which continues to inform my understanding of human behavior, identity, confidence, personal development, resilience, and the ways our experiences can influence how we think, respond, relate, and lead.
Through FlourishHER™, I bring together faith centered coaching, trauma informed principles, psychology informed personal development, leadership development, strategic thinking, practical application, and real world professional experience.
This intersection is important to me.
Women do not live fragmented lives.
Leadership can influence an entire family, company, team, or generation.
That is why FlourishHER™ was never designed to address only one piece of a woman.
I’m Building More Than a Coaching Business.
FlourishHER Enterprises, LLC is the company through which I am building a larger ecosystem around confidence, identity, entrepreneurship, leadership, wealth, faith, transformation, and legacy.
My vision extends beyond individual coaching sessions.
I am building intellectual property, workshops, transformational coaching experiences, organizational leadership programs, speaking platforms, strategic partnerships, digital education, books, retreats, masterminds, sponsored coaching opportunities, and experiences that can reach women and leaders on a larger scale.
I am also building RejuvenateHER™ Luxe Experiences, the travel and experience arm of my entrepreneurial vision, centered around luxury travel, restorative getaways, retreats, masterminds, group experiences, and elevated travel.
Entrepreneurship for me is not simply about owning businesses.
Helping women understand that rebuilding a life can also include rebuilding their financial future, creating additional income streams, becoming entrepreneurs, and changing what becomes possible for the next generation.
This is why my broader message is:
Empowering women to rebuild confidence, build businesses, create generational wealth, and flourish in life + leadership.

My work with women naturally connects to my work with leaders and organizations.
I believe survival patterns do not disappear simply because someone receives a promotion, starts a business, earns a title, or enters the boardroom.
They can follow us into leadership.
This understanding informs my work in trauma informed leadership development, organizational development, workshops, speaking, facilitation, strategic coaching, and workplace conversations around adversity, burnout, resilience, confidence, and healthy leadership.

Some Lessons Were Never Meant to Stay in My Journal.
Writing and speaking have become another extension of my calling.
I am a published author and contributor to collaborative works centered around testimony, faith, womanhood, entrepreneurship, survival, healing, purpose, and becoming.
One of the messages that has deeply reflected my journey is:
“Survival Was My Training, But It Was Never My Assignment.”
My voice now extends through books, workshops, speaking engagements, podcasts, digital platforms, communities, and conversations with women who need language for experiences they may have struggled to explain.
I do not share my story simply to tell people what happened.
I share what I have learned from rebuilding.
Because testimony becomes powerful when someone else realizes:
If God brought her through that, maybe my story is not over either.
Before Every Title, I’m Still Chanell.
Motherhood is one of the greatest reasons I think about legacy the way I do.
“I want my daughters to see more than what their mother survived. I want them to see what she built afterward.”
I want them to understand ownership, faith, confidence, leadership, entrepreneurship, financial stewardship, courage, and what it means to believe God for more while doing the practical work required to build it.
That desire shapes the way I lead FlourishHER™, the businesses I create, the opportunities I pursue, and the legacy I am intentionally building.
Because Surviving Should Never Be the Final Destination.
FlourishHER™ exists for the woman who knows there has to be more.
- More than being strong for everyone else.
- More than functioning.
- More than constantly proving herself.
- More than allowing rejection, betrayal, trauma, disappointment, or someone else’s treatment of her to determine what she believes about herself.
I want women to:
Not because life suddenly becomes perfect.
But because they are no longer allowing what happened in one chapter to write the rest of the book.

My approach is faith centered, trauma informed, practical, personalized, and forward focused.
Most importantly, I believe women can honor what they survived without building their identity around it.
